My knives are sharp again!

I have a very well loved santoku that's lost its umph. This knife has been our pride and joy for years. We spent a ton of money on it and it has lasted us years. But lately it hasn't even been able to slice meat correct. When I saw this item available for review I couldn't turn it up! We received our knife sharpener system on Friday and went to work. Since then we have sharpened not only our beloved santoku but my brother in laws beloved fishing knives. He uses these knives multiple times a week for his weekend long fishing trips. These knives have been used for so long they were dull and didn't really filet fish anywhere near as good as they should have. Using this knife system has completely revived them.
