My husband and I have been working on changing out eating up, but we found that one of the biggest things we were missing is a food scale. With Measurites' Smart Weigh CSB5KG Digital Multifunction Kitchen and Food Scale with Bowl keeping out portion sizes correct has never been so simple. This scale did require 2 AA batteries which I preferred because I don't have many kitchen outlets. What i really love about this food scale is the fact that I don't have to just use the bowl, like so many others. I can use any old plate so long as I remember to zero out the scale (which you can do by just pressing the on and off button). I also like the fact that I can just toss a handful of veggies in the bowl and call it a day if they came in a plastic bag. Overall, I love this scale so much, and am so excited to have it for our weight loss adventure!
